Theme-'Halloween' -can be scary, bloody, sweet, etc as long as it's Halloween theme-ish
Deadline- not announced yet, will probably be after Halloween.
Voting- Send us a NOTE to VOTE..remember your allowed up to three votes and NON members can vote also
Prizes- There will be a '4th' place this time and possibly a '5th' place...depending on how many entrants there will be for this contest.


RULES

Misty and Gary are to be dressed up in halloween costumes...doesn't even have to be scary, it can be fancy dress...just be creative COSPLAY is acceptable ^^
No hentai or ecchi is allowed. (same as the submitting art rules)
There must not be anything in the pic that bashes the pairing.
No fighting in the pic, maybe a little bit of teasing.
other characters can be in the pic, as long as Gary and Misty are the main people.
